Nu Skin Enterprises Closes Partial Over-allotment Option Exercise By Underwriters Of 569K Class A Shares At $27/Share - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Anti-aging personal care products developer Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. (NUS: News )

Thursday said it closed a partial over-allotment option exercise by the underwriters of 569,000 shares of its Class A common stock at $27.00 per share, pursuant to an option granted to the underwriters in connection with its previously announced underwritten secondary public offering of 4.46 million shares of its Class A common stock at $27.00 per share.  

The shares were sold by three of the Provo, Utah-based company's founders who currently serve as members of its Board of Directors.  

NUS is currently trading at $26.92, down $0.46 or 1.68%, on a volume of 652 thousand shares on the NYSE
